- 600g plain ground beef (raw)
- 150g plain fromage blanc (0% fat)
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 6 multigrain buns
- 2 tbsp fried onions
Preparation
Step 1
To make the yoghurt dressing, mix the yoghurt with the salad dressing, 1 tbsp of mustard and the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
To make the tomato sauce, drain the gherkins and cut into cubes. Mix in the tomato puree, stock and honey. Season with Worcestershire sauce and tabasco.
Step 3
Wash the tomatoes and cucumber, then slice to be used as toppings. Wash the lettuce, shake off any excess water.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion, add to the ground beef. Mix in the fromage blanc and the rest of the mustard. Season with 1 tsp pepper, salt and paprika powder. Shape the mixture into 6 flat meat patties approximately 1 cm thick.
Step 5
Grill on a pan for about 3-5 minutes on each side
Step 6
Cut open the buns and brush one side with yoghurt dressing, the other with tomato sauce. Top with lettuce leaves, a few slices of tomato, a meat patty and a few slices of cucumber. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of fried onions, then put the other half of the bun on top. Serve the remaining vegetables on the side and dig in!
